In short
- No tracking cookies, no ads, and we never sell your information.
- We count visits without identifying anyone.
- If you write to us, we use your message only to reply.
Who we are
Hidden Wonderland (hiddenwonderland.com) is the website of the Hidden Wonderland book series by Wonder Pattern, the author’s pen name. For any question about this policy or your information, write to contact@hiddenwonderland.com.
Messages you send us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. We use them only to reply and to follow up on your question. We keep our correspondence for up to two years after our last exchange, then delete it, and sooner if you ask.
Statistics
We count visits to see which pages are read and which websites send readers our way. These statistics use no cookies and don’t identify you.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use cookies for tracking or advertising. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor isn’t an automated program. When you follow a link to Amazon, Amazon’s own cookies and privacy notice apply there.
Services we use
Cloudflare hosts the site and provides the visit statistics. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, it processes your IP address and basic browser information, and may keep security logs for a limited time under its own policies. Cloudflare also forwards messages sent to our contact address to a Gmail mailbox provided by Google, where we receive and store our correspondence. These providers handle information on our behalf and may store it in the United States.
Children
The books are made for families, but this site doesn’t ask anyone for personal information. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has written to us, let us know and we’ll delete the message.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, such as messages you’ve sent us. Write to contact@hiddenwonderland.com and we’ll reply within one month. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
